Registration:
You are welcome to register in person or by Mail. The
following items need to be completed and turned in before
your child may begin classes:
* Registration Form (with medical form)

Annual registration Fee

Payment for session
Joining a class after
the session commences
This is not a problem as long
as there is a vacancy. Tuition will be prorated relative to
your start date.
Tuition:
The annual registration fee is
$45 per family or $25 per individual. Tuition for the
session is due in full at the time of enrollment. Please
note your child’s name, class, day and time on your check.
Returned checks are subject to a $20 service fee.
Family
Discount: A discounted
rate is given for the second student in the same family. 10%
regular tuition; discount is applied to the lesser fee.
Registration
from one session to the next is as follows:
-5th week of each
session you may register for the next session if remaining
in the same class.
-6th week of each
session current students may register for any day/ any time.
-7th week of each
session open enrollment.
Withdrawals:
The commitment is always
for a session; regardless of times missed. Refunds will not
be given for missed classes.
Make-ups:
A student must be actively
enrolled to attend make-up classes. Make-ups must be
scheduled by calling the office in advance. Students are
allowed 1make-up class per session within that same
session.
Make-up class may NOT
be rescheduled once it has been scheduled. Availability is
limited by the number of classes at that level. There are no
refunds for absences. Extra make-up classes are allowed for
Labor day, Thanksgiving day, New Year day and 4th
of July.
Uniform:
Girls- Leotard or bike shorts
.Legging are permitted. Hair should be neatly tied back.
Boys- Shorts
and T-shirt. Sweat are permitted.
Valuables:
Valuable items should not
be brought into the gym. Hudson school of gymnastics will
not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Holiday:
The gym will be closed on
Labor day, Thanksgiving day, Christmas eve and day, New
Years eve and day, Memorial day, and 4th of July.
Gym rules
for safety: Be on time for
your class. Warm up time is very important for your child’s
safety. NO use of equipment before or after class. NO
jumping on trampoline without a teacher. NO horseplay is
allowed. NO jewelry or gum is allowed in class.
Classes:
Do not drop off students more
than 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the class. Parents
should always sit with preschoolers until the teacher starts
the class. Please have the students use the restroom before
class. Place your coats and shoes in the designated area and
wait for your class in the lobby. Students must be pick up
on time. Students must wait inside the building until their
ride arrives.
Visitors:
Hudson school of
Gymnastics welcomes parents to view gym classe4s. Please do
not talk to or distract the children participating in
classes. Any interruptions could in serious injury.
